Since COVID-19 started, I have been on a health and fitness kick. However, I still want to enjoy sweets — and trust me, I do. This edible cookie dough is a great way to keep sweets around while also having a healthy snack. I prefer almond milk yogurt, but this can be done with plain Greek yogurt as well; just be sure to add a splash of vanilla extract. While it isn’t meant to be baked, it is yummy with a spoon and a good movie.
Yield: 2 servings
5 oz vanilla almond milk yogurt
5 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter
A pinch of salt
1. Put the vanilla almond milk yogurt in a bowl.
2. Add the peanut butter in one spoonful at a time and stir until it is creamy between adding each tablespoon.
3. Sprinkle in the salt.
4. Add the desired amount of chocolate chips.
