The School of Arts and Humanities, in partnership with the Office of the Chaplain, will be hosting a panel on Wednesday, Sept. 16, to open conversations regarding this year’s theme of “Belonging.” The panel, called “Belonging at Meredith: Past, Present, and Future,” will consist of a number of students and faculty who are part of historically underrepresented groups in order to spark a conversation on campus about what it means to belong.

Following the panel conversation, there will be a workshop open to all at Meredith discussing how the Meredith community can be more welcoming, as well as address any issues that came up during the first event. The panel will begin virtually at 10 a.m. and will be recorded for later viewing. The Zoom link for the event will be available on the Arts and Humanities Instagram page, @meredith_artshumanities.
