$12 for a movie ticket is a little steep, right? And that’s not including the $9 popcorn and the $6 soda. A night at the movies is not really in a college student’s budget. Moviepass has made movie going more affordable and convenient. For $9.95 a month you can watch any movie at most theaters, once per day. After signing up you will receive a Moviepass card in the mail. You can download the app and browse the movies and where they are showing in a theatre near you. 91% of theatres in the United States accept MoviePass; all you have to do is bring your card to the box office and get your movie ticket. The card is preloaded with the exact amount that you will need to purchase that ticket. I don’t know about you guys, but this seems to work with my college budget way better!
