Because of forecasted rain on the planned date for Cornhuskin' 2021, Nov. 6, the main event was moved to Friday, Nov. 5. Friday was the original date for Can Art, but in order to give students enough time to prepare for the main event, Can Art, the sophomore/senior serenade and balloon arch building were postponed. On Friday, Nov. 11, it was announced that all three postponed activities would take place that day. Following these events, the final scores for Cornhuskin' 2021 could be announced.

Notable results include the Class of 2025 winning the Spirit Stick and placing first for execution of design in Can Art. The Class of 2023 won first place for overall performance in Tall Tale, and tied with the Class of 2022 for Tall Tale costumes and props and for the overall design of their sweatshirts. In all other categories, the Class of 2022 swept first place and took home the win during their final Cornhuskin'.
