The Office of International Programs Hosts “A Taste of Study Abroad”

ree

On Wednesday, Jan. 24, the Office of International Programs (OIP) will be hosting “A Taste of Study Abroad.” This event will represent Meredith Abroad faculty-led programs for the Summer and Fall of 2024.

The programs that will be represented include: Meredith in Italy Fall Semester; Italian Life and Culture; Summer in the United Kingdom; Leadership and Business in Salzburg, Austria; Italy Interior Design; Art in Italy; Costa Rica: Field Research in Tropical Ecosystems; and Costa Rica: Language and Culture.

The event will take place in Belk Dining Hall (BDH) West at 10 a.m. and will allow for students to meet the faculty leading each program, talk to study abroad ambassadors, and meet other students who are considering the same program.

If students have already been accepted into a study abroad program, the OIP still encourages students to attend. Several faculty members will be sharing itineraries of the program and what to expect during the study abroad experience.

The application deadline for Meredith Abroad faculty-led programs is Feb. 15th. If interested in applying, students can visit the OIP website for further instructions on the application process.
