Mark your calendars for Meredith College Theatre’s production of Euripides’ Medea! The tragedy is based upon the Ancient Greek myth of Jason and Medea, in which the titular character ends up killing her husband for being unfaithful. Shows will be performed the weekends of Oct. 16-18, 23-25 and 30-31. All performances will be held in Meredith’s McIver Amphitheatre, while following all COVID-19 restrictions. On Oct. 24 and 25, Meredith’s Chorale, Chorus and Encore! ensembles will be doing a pre-show concert starting at 4:30 p.m., with the show following afterwards. For more information on this performance, including the times, please follow Meredith Theatre on Instagram.
